STOVEN Construction, Inc., was started in 1998 by Jeff Romero. Today, Stoven employs a core personnel base of 35 full-time employees and 2 part time seasonal employees. We also have over 200 subcontractors and suppliers on our current vendors list.
STOVEN works in many communities throughout New Mexico and the surrounding areas. We have had the opportunity to work in public, private, state, and federal government markets. The work performed for this clientele involves commercial building to civil construction.
We maintain a management system that is very competitive and efficient for our internal needs. Our philosophy at Stoven is to maintain a “team commitment” for our continued success. Every individual at Stoven has a position on our team that is well defined, enabling us to function in an efficient manner. We have ten full-time superintendents, a full-time project manager, estimater and office manager along with a range of skilled craftsmen and laborers that round out “our team.” We are goal oriented and feel that meeting internal goals as well as team, individual, and client goals, will allow STOVEN to continue to prosper.
Our positive growth is due to our customer satisfaction, honoring warranties, quality of work, and respect for the client’s needs.
